Personal data is collected through the intake form provided by the client. This may include:

➤  Information about the dog(s), such as name, breed, age, behavior, health status, and heat cycle
➤  Any additional information the client voluntarily provides


Why is this data collected?

The data is used for the following purposes:
➤  To provide dog walking services effectively (such as picking up, walking, and returning the dog)
➤  To maintain contact in case of questions or specific situations
➤  To ensure the safety of the dog during walks
➤  For administrative purposes, including invoicing


How long is the data retained?

Personal data is retained for a maximum of six (6) months after the last contact with the client. If the client wishes to use the services again after this period, renewed consent will be requested to retain the data longer.

All personal data is accessed and managed exclusively by the owner of One to Walk – Personal Dog Walking Service. No data is shared with third parties, unless legally required.
