About Me

My name is Jeroen Buurman. Together with my girlfriend Laura and our three children, Evi, Luuk, and Mila we live in Alphen aan den Rijn, a town in the middle of the beautiful Green Heart of the Netherlands. Our household is complete with our three cats, Jacky, Sam, and Micky, and our dogs Beau and Indy. Ever since dogs became part of our family, my love for dogs has grown immensely. I truly enjoy each and every one of them!

One thing I’ve also come to appreciate much more is being outdoors. Going for a walk with a dog is pure enjoyment for me. It makes me happy, and it’s clear the dogs enjoy it just as much. Off on a little adventure together… what more could you want? The peace, the nature, the movement, it’s a special moment every time.

At the beginning of 2025, alongside my regular job, I started my own business, One to Walk – Personal Dog Walking Service. I truly enjoy being outdoors with dogs and love giving them my full attention during relaxed walks. Sometimes I walk just one dog, sometimes a small group that may include my own dogs. This creates a calm, social atmosphere where every dog feels comfortable and noticed.
